How to do it
- Hang one of the kids' coats on its hook or over the back of a chair, hood out.
- Tuck the elf into the hood so its head and arms peep over the edge.
- Lift one arm as if it's waving hello.

Shoot from the side at hood height so the hood frames the elf's face.
