The elf has written something lovely about each child on the bathroom mirror. It takes about 3 minutes and hardly any effort; you need whiteboard marker or old lipstick.

- Whiteboard marker or old lipstick (wipes off glass)
How to do it
- Write 'You are kind', 'You are funny' on the mirror in whiteboard marker.
- Draw a heart by each child's name.
- Sit the elf on the sink below.
Photo tip
Shoot the mirror at an angle to avoid the phone's reflection.
A morning line from your elf
Mirror message. All true. Wipe it off after you've read it twice.
